FAQ

  • What do I need to succeed in this program?

The materials are simple: a computer, phone or tablet with internet access to watch and read the content. Other than that, your success depends on you applying the content of the classes in the real world.

  • I enrolled in the program. Now what?

You will receive an email helping you get set up with a login in our platform if you are new to it. If you are already one of our learners, you will see the new course appearing in your dashboard. As soon as your login is ready you have access to the introductory materials in the program. The content drips one module per week. There is a total of 4 modules, hence 4 weeks to complete the program.

  • Why can't I access all the 4 modules right away?

The course is designed to maximize your learning and retention by releasing one module each week over four weeks. This drip schedule aligns with the best practices of educational psychology, which suggest that spaced repetition and incremental learning enhance understanding and recall. By receiving content in manageable segments, you’re able to fully absorb and apply each lesson before moving on to the next. This approach prevents the overwhelm that can come from too much information at once and supports the building of strong, lasting competencies.

  • I am not an "agile" anything. Will I still benefit from taking this course?

Yes! Agile retrospectives are a tool for team learning and development that leads to heightened performance and project success. The course is designed to help anyone become a facilitator of well-structured, well-facilitated retrospectives. Other known roles that take our similar live workshops and courses are project managers, change managers, directors, quality assurance analyst and software developers. So long and you have the curiosity and willingness to apply this content with real teams, you will collect great results and become a skilled facilitator of agile retrospectives.

  • Do I get a certificate at the end?

Yes. All our courses provide you with a certificate of completion at the end. To have one automatically issued to you, you must go through every single lesson and reach their individual completion, including quizzes and activities. You can then share it on your social media, with your employer and use it as proof of your time well invested in self-development.
